ご挨拶

当研究部会は神社界に寄与する神社検索システムを構築し、
これを維持管理しながら神道教化の諸施策を考案し
実施する事を目的とした組織です。

「神社」とは日本の神々を「感じる」場所だ、と私は考えています。感じていただくためには、実際に訪れていただく以外にありません。
しかし、8万余と言われる神社の中で、多くの人々が訪れる神社はほんのわずかです。
　一人でも多くに方々に神社を訪れていただくためにはどうしたらいいか。
大学院の授業で話し合っている時に、「場所、祭神、行事など、興味にしたがって、手軽に検索できるシステムが必要ではないか」とのアイデアが出され、「それではやってみよう」ということで、この研究部会は始まりました。
皇學館大学、三重県神社庁、Google社の御協力の下で、まず、三重県の検索システムを構築し、その後、このシステムへの参加を各県の神社庁に呼びかけました。
その結果、参加希望を表明してデータ提供を申し出る神社庁が現れ、現在のところ、島根県、岡山県、栃木県、奈良県、山口県のデータ入力が終了しました。
今後も各県神社庁への呼びかけを続けて、すべての都道府県のデータの入力を完了することを目指したいと思います。
それと同時に、このシステムの様々な活用方法を提案していきます。
さらに、このシステムに関連した様々な企画を「神社史研究会」と連携して進めて参りたいと存じます。

Our study section builds shrine search system contributing to shrine world and is the organization for the purpose of devising measures of the Shinto enlightenment while maintenance does this, and carrying it out. I think that "shrine" is a place "feeling" Japanese gods.
There are none to have you feel it unless I have you really come.
However, in shrine said to be more than 80,000, there are just a few Shinto shrines which many people visit.
What should even one do to have people visit shrine to most?
When I talked by the class of the graduate school, an idea, "the system which I could search according to a place, an enshrined deity, the interest including the event easily was necessary" was started, and this study sectional meeting began, "then I would do it". At first I built a search system of Mie and, under KOGAKKAN UNIVERSITY, the Mie Shrine agency, the cooperation of Google Corporation,
appealed to shrine agency of each prefecture for the participation in this system afterwards. As a result, shrine agency to express participation hope, and to offer data offer to appeared, and Shimane, Okayama, Tochigi, Nara, data entry of Yamaguchi were finished currently.
I continue the appeal to each prefecture Shinto shrine agency and want to aim at completing the input of the data of all metropolis and districts in future.
At the same time, I suggest a various inflection method of this system.
Furthermore, I think that I want to push forward various plans in conjunction with this system in cooperation with "a history of shrine meeting for the study".
